LETS Dock Campground (LDC), LLC RULES/RATES/INFORMATION
Our goal is to provide a fun, safe & clean place for families, young & older adults, teens & children to stay and have a wonderful camping experience! Understanding what is expected helps make that possible.
____ Your Camper must have a valid license plate & be 2000 or newer (unless “restored, refurbished or retro” & approved by LDC)
____ All Sites have metered electric, city sewer/water, & trash (at dumpster). LDC campers have use of dock for loading/unloading from boat, & free designated area on campground to park boat/trailer, permission to fish below docks, use of three large fire pits on riverbank (based on first come, first served premise), free swimming at pond during designated hours (all posted rules at pond must be read & obeyed), and one free shelter rental (see mgmt. to reserve) for larger picnics, reunions, etc., per season. When shelters aren’t reserved for a special event, they can be enjoyed by all campers. Our Calendar of Events lists our summer activities. Ask about Seasonal Dock Rental Space.
____ Camping fee covers tenants named on the rental agreement only—all others are considered guests. ____ SPECIAL EVENTS/CONCERTS, IF LISTED: Admission charge applies to any & all guests, as well as the public. (Actual tenants on lease may donate if they choose BUT are not required to pay). Please keep in mind: If you have a group get together during special events/concerts, all guests will be required to pay for the concert.
____ Guests of Tenants must abide by campground rules and Tenants are responsible for their guests. Overnight guests must register with our office. Daytime guest hours: 9am-10pm
____ Rates are based on our sites being used for vacation/get-a-way purposes and are NOT for permanent living sites.
____ SEASONAL RATES FOR NEW CAMPERS: At signing of lease, you may pay in full OR pay at least ½ and ½ in 30 days or May 1st, whichever is later. Sites may NOT be sublet.
____ CURRENT SEASONAL CAMPERS must sign lease by OCTOBER 31st and pay $100 non-refundable Deposit to hold their site for the following season.
**$1250 Seasonal – May 1 thru October 31 - Plus Electric/Gravel * Six Month Off-Season: $300 Storage only
**$450 monthly – Plus Electric *$180 Weekly *$35 Nightly *$25 Tent Nightly *Fully Furnished TIPI: 20’ - $75 Night/$375 Week 22’ - $85 Night/$425 Week
DEPOSIT: $100 SEASONAL (non-refundable)/Equivalent of 1 Night’s stay for Monthly, Weekly, Nightly
MEMORIAL DAY, LABOR DAY & FOURTH OF JULY WEEKENDS: 2 OR 3 NIGHT MIN. (Please inquire) & MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING. OTHER TIMES: ONE NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AT TIME OF BOOKING, WITH BALANCE IN FULL REQUIRED AT TIME OF ARRIVAL
WHEN YOU BOOK WITH US, THAT SITE IS MARKED AS TAKEN & NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO OTHERS DURING YOUR TIME OF STAY (NIGHTLY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY) & LDC LOSES RENTAL OPPORTUNITY WHEN SOMEONE CALLS AFTER YOU HAVE RESERVED YOUR SITE. THEREFORE, OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
CANCEL MORE THAN 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE: NO CHARGE. CANCEL WITHIN10 DAYS OF STAY: ONE NIGHT’S RATE WILL BE CHARGED. FOR THREE MAJOR HOLIDAYS LISTED ABOVE, CANCEL WITHIN 10 DAYS OF STAY: NO REFUND.
METHOD OF PAY: * Cash * Check (seasonal only) *Credit Card (Ask about Credit Card charge)
____ Overnight GUESTS (other than parents, children or grandchildren) must register & pay $3.00 fee per person/per night & stay in the registered camper’s unit. OTHERWISE, regular camping fee of $35 will apply.
____ Seasonal Campers must move their camper out WITHIN ONE WEEK OF SEASON’S END (November 7th), unless you are storing your camper at LETS Dock & have paid for storage by November 1st.
____ Selling of any item at the campground may only be done with the permission of, and through, LETS Dock and a fee may be charged by the campground.
____ NO loud profanity, foul language, loud music, vandalism, ill-mannered or rowdy, obnoxious behavior will be tolerated. NO WARNINGS!! If you violate, you will be asked to leave the campground immediately with no refund. If it is a guest, they will have to leave and not allowed to return.
____ SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph or less at all times.
____ Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles are permitted & must be driven by a LICENSED DRIVER ONLY. NO FOUR-WHEELERS.
____ Please do not throw trash on the ground; rather place in trash cans, your campsite or the dumpster. NO cutting of trees, defacing of picnic tables or any other property. NO glass bottles or containers on the dock or beach area. NO outside refrigerators.
____ $5.00 fee to wash your camper.
____ Concealed alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as you keep its use under control. OF COURSE, NO underage drinking is allowed. You are subject to all state and federal laws.
____ ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE CAMPGROUND—NO EXCEPTIONS! IF CAUGHT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
____ It is your responsibility to keep your campsite neatly mowed, trimmed and everything put away when you are gone. Campground mowing will usually be done during the week, weather permitting & when at all possible.
____ No digging or probing in your yard without asking Tucker, due to underground lines.
____ Garbage must be put in bags and upon leaving taken with you or put in dumpster (please crush all boxes). Clean out Fire Pits making sure all embers are out.
____ NO FIREARMS (unless you have a Conceal & Carry permit which you must show) OR FIREWORKS, INCLUDING SPARKLERS are permitted at the campground.
____ MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. Please keep your possessions locked up.
____ PERSONS FISHING MUST HAVE A VALID FISHING LICENSE – Fishing permitted below docks only.
____ QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm TO 8:00 am. NO VISITORS PERMITTED TO COME ON CAMPGROUND AFTER 11:00 PM.
____ Should you decide to quit camping during the season for any reason, there will be no refund and your fee is non-transferable. (A death in the immediate family would be an exception to this and to our cancellation policy rule.)
____ Tenants/Parents are responsible for their children and guest’s behavior. Children must
return to their campsite by 10:00 pm or be with a parent.
____ Children are NOT to play in the Shower House, play “Chase or Hide & Seek” between or around other campers or bathhouse, and are to walk in the roads- NOT across other campers’ yards.
____ Ride bikes on the roads, not through campers’ yards. Please have your children watch for moving vehicles and people walking.
____ Pets must have up-to-date rabies shots and all other vaccines. By signing the rental agreement, you are assuring LETS Dock Campground, LLC that your pets have all required shots and vaccines. (Proof would only be required by authorities should your dog bite someone.)
____ LDC loves and welcomes pets. However, Pit Bulls are not permitted on campground. Also, ANY animal demonstrating unwanted, aggressive behavior or that management believes is unsafe will not be permitted. All animals are to be cleaned up after: NO SOLID WASTE IS TO BE LEFT ON THE GROUND. Pets are NEVER to be left outside unattended & must be on a leash when outside or being walked.
